Supporting Clergy

Do You Need to Talk to Someone?

A mental health problem is not a sign of weak faith or personal sin. Clergy and their family members struggle with mental health problems at the same rates as everyone else. Mental disorders are illnesses, like diabetes, that can be effectively treated and managed. As a clergy you may feel that you have no one you or your family can turn to in this difficult time. We at the Mental Health Gateway are here to assist you in finding the help that you need.

If you are presently having thoughts of harming yourself please dial 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255.

If you would like to talk with a trained mental health coach about your problems and how to find professional services in your community please contact us.
