Life gets busy and complicated. It is easy to neglect taking care of the things that matter most in the face of the things that “have to” get done. This lunch and learn will discuss the elements of balanced total health and reveal the small things that make a big difference in the ways to take care of oneself and stay at our best.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Brian Goonan is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Houston. His practice focuses on the development, growth, and maintenance of a consistent and resilient self across the lifespan. From early childhood to adolescence, and through the various stages of adulthood, each stage brings new opportunities and challenges for us to master to be our best self. Dr. Goonan has specific training in a variety of areas and methodologies including Gottman Method Marital Therapy, Parenting and Teaching with Love and Logic, Empower Program (for Positive Peer Cultures), Emotional Intelligence, Biofeedback, and Sports Psychology, that help him keep his clients focused on and developing the best, balanced, whole self.
