ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Present Time Kids™ combines mindfulness and neuroscience to teach the mind and body to become calm, focused and ready to learn. Present Time Kids™ implements 2 tools and 4 exercises based in mindfulness practice and brain-based theories. PTK can be implemented in the home or school setting and benefits both children and adults. If performed in the classroom, students and teachers need only dedicate 5 minutes of daily class-time to the program. The unique exercises encourage brain neuropathways to wire towards calmness and focus, assists the nervous system to find balance/coherence and primes the individual’s physiology for learning.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Check in will begin 15 minutes prior to the program beginning. Due to video filming, late attendees will be asked to view the presentation in the Green Room.
